XR Marker Parker™ Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Figure out the size of your x-ray markers

Depending on your marker sizes, a combination of different tensioners and spacers will be used for a more secure fit. Take a measurement of the width and thickness of your markers, and use the spreadsheet below to figure out which tensioner (1-6) and/or spacer (1-3) to use. Each tensioner and spacer is numbered, so be sure to pick the correct parts.

Step 2: Break apart the tensioners and spacers

To provide you with all the possible fitment options, we 3D print the tensioners and spacers attached to each other. Simply snap them apart like a like a plastic model kit.
You will notice some of the supports will still be attached to the parts. You can easily pull them off.
If you are using tensioner 4 or 6 (for thin markers), you will have to pry off the support on the tip of the tensioner. You should be able to "pick" off the support with your fingernail.

Step 3: Test fit your parts

Place your parts on the back piece, and try to slide your marker in and out. If you are having fitment issues, refer to the above spreadsheet or contact us for more support. Notice the tensioner should "catch" the marker and "rock" back and forth. The marker will be secure in the holder once it touches both ends of the tensioner. Note: if you want to use the included key ring, place it in the top left or right corner before proceeding to the next step.

Step 4: Attach the front piece and insert screws

Once you test fit your parts, you can attach the front piece and insert the screws in each of the 6 holes. You will need a small Phillips head (+) screwdriver for this.

Step 5: Fully assembled XR Marker Parker

If assembled correctly, your markers should easily slide in and out of the XR Marker Parker. You will have enough room to put a small piece of washable adhesive on both the front and back of your markers. Please feel free to contact us with any fitment issues.
