Warranty

We offer a 30 day warranty on our XR Marker Holder™ and guarantee the craftsmanship and materials of the holder. The XR Marker Parker™ was designed for repetitive use and is made out of strong ABS material. We are not responsible for misuse such as accidental drops or bends. Make sure you refer to the "Instructions" page to make sure your markers fit the holder. We are not responsible if you try to force oversized markers in the holder. If you would like to submit a warranty claim, click on the "Contact Us" page and send us a message. We will send further instructions via email. Please be ready to provide your marker dimensions and pictures of the holder. 

Exchanges and Returns

If you believe you received a defective holder, feel free to contact us. We will have to determine if it is a printing error or user error. We will send further instructions via email. Please be ready to provide your marker dimensions and pictures of the holder.
